We are Bob and Mariah from Minnesota. We are in the process of trying to adopt. We've been researching adoption for the past 2 years and decided we were ready to start moving forward, so here we are! I am unable to have kids due to scarring from an apendecotmy I had when I was 2 years old. We've been in contact with a few different agencies and lawyers as well as trying to do a private adoption. We'll have our homestudy done shortly, we hope! We're leaning towards using Valley of Hope adoption out of Georgia. The women there seem super nice and have been really helpful! We've also been in contact with a law office down in South Carolina that just started offering matching services and the woman who is in charge of it has been more than helpful! She is amazing!
