My name is Lou and I live in Wisconsin. Right now (-20) Florida is looking pretty good LOL. My wife and I have been working towards adoption for the past few years, but circumstances seem to keep pushing things back. I was recently laid off from my job. As a result, we've had to put adoption on hold. We are working to raise money so that once I'm done school we can go full steam ahead. Right now we are in the research faze of our adoption process. There is so much to learn and so many options. In addition, it can be so easy to spend thousands of dollars and not get anything in return. That is why I feel it is so important to research as much as possible to ensure we make the right decisions
